Count Porkula BBQ was established in 2008 and founded by Kelly Lovell & Walt Todd with a vision to serve the best BBQ in Little Rock, Arkansas! What started as a hobby quickly became a passion, and now we are bringing our custom eatery to everyone. We have been perfecting the process to serve quality BBQ in Arkansas for eight years. It started with our smoker Count Porkula. This one-of-a-kind smoker was rusted, broken down, and not worthy of smoking. It was on its last leg; however, we quickly refurbished it back into working condition, and we knew right away we had something that would last a lifetime.
Over the next few years, we cooked for family and friends, tailgates, and realized we had started something we were passionate about and something people enjoyed being around.
