We’ve been on the line flipping burgers, in the studio taking closeups of perfectly wrapped gyros, and hunched over stacks of receipts. Our team of seasoned experts has been involved in every aspect of the restaurant and hospitality industry. Why do we do it? We’ve stayed in this crazy industry and built Fresh Hospitality because of our deep passion for this work. For us, helping entrepreneurs build upon their vision is as satisfying as enjoying a juicy burger and cold beer on a summer patio. There’s just nothing we’d rather be doing.

John Michael has had a very successful career including: Jim ‘N Nick’s Board of Directors, Bodnar Investment Group Board of Directors, Founding Member of Fresh Hospitality LLC, and Board of Directors for all Fresh Entities. He serves as the Chairman of the Board for Taziki's and Fatback. He is also General Manger of Bodnar Farms, LLC’s. A valuable member of the team, John Michael offers years of invaluable experience.

Wayne O'Quinn, C.P.M., A.P.P., has extensive purchasing experience with several multi-unit restaurant companies. His managing suppliers and distribution networks that serviced over 700 restaurants and 300 suppliers, across 125 different commodity products, resulted in millions of dollars of savings and process improvements across the board.
O’Quinn has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years, spending the first 10 years gaining expertise in Operations as a General Manager and Regional Manager. He has personally managed more than 25 restaurants in his career, and that Operations experience enabled him to have personal, extensive knowledge and passion to transition smoothly into Purchasing.

Chris started his career as a help desk manager, and still acts as the last line of support for our team. Beyond troubleshooting, Chris is the brains behind the security, maintenance, and design of every IT infrastructure we’ve built.

Jess graduated from WVU in 2005 and quickly became an audit senior at Deloitte, moving onto talent management for the company. She currently is the resident master of all things accounting for Fresh.

Mike's background includes receiving his MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and over 8 years as a senior public accountant at Ernst and Young. Michael enjoys continued success as a senior executive in his family’s Captain D’s restaurant business, which is the largest D’s franchisee. His background makes him a crucial contributor to the Fresh team.

Jesse Goldstein, also know as the "Food Sheriff," has spent his entire professional career in the food and beverage industry. Beginning as a chef and transitioning into marketing, graphic design and branding, he‘s built a reputation for his work on projects such as the Loveless Cafe, 3st of the Month, Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint and more. He brings a unique understanding of not only the nebulous world of marketing and branding, but also insight into how ideas have to be executed on the ground.

Rusty brings a wealth of restaurant industry management experience to his role of COO for Fresh Hospitality. After starting as an hourly employee for a food business in 1976, he quickly moved up the ranks. He served as director of operations for Wendy’s locations in Seattle and Portland. He then became a franchisee for Wendy’s in Mississippi until selling in 2002. In 2009 he opened a Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia.
