Founded in the Spring of 2000, Nashville-based Alfresco Artisan Pasta is a unique, small-batch pasta kitchen known across the country for its fresh, handcrafted pasta, carefully made in true Italian fashion. 

After more than two decades of operating restaurants around the country, Executive Chef Chris Grissom fully realized his lifelong dream of creating his own successful hand-crafted artisan specialty foods company. With quality, local ingredients, world class technique, and a good amount of hard work, Chris quickly built a solid reputation among chefs and an impressive roster of clients that range from mom and pop restaurants to five star resorts.
