 A Commitment to Safety

Fresh Hospitality has always found pride in our systems, policies, procedures, and team. When faced with new challenges, we prefer to adapt rather than reinvent the wheel.

No matter how much planning goes into a business like ours, there will still be a good amount of reactive decision-making. That’s why we prefer to remain as nimble and lean as possible. Lately, that’s been more of a challenge, but with a great team in place, we’ve been able to adapt to our ever-changing world and industry.

In order to maintain safe, healthy working environments for our customers and teams, we’ve taken into great consideration all local, state, and federal health guidelines. As much as possible, we promise to comply with all health guidelines, as well as go above and beyond any minimal requirements. 

In the hospitality industry, the most important thing we can do is provide our guests and staff with a safe, healthy environment. It takes a lot of work on our part, but we’re committed to maintaining our business as a place where everyone can have peace of mind.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Many state and local regulations require or recommend that food service and hospitality employees wear face masks and other PPE based on CDC guidance. All Fresh Hospitality brands have fully embraced and instituted these recommendations.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We are carefully making decisions on when to open our dining rooms. With different local regulations, locations, and our own comfort level helping to guide us in these decisions, dine-in availability varies by brand. However, when dining rooms are open, they are done so in a way to encourage social distancing. This means reduced seating and occupancy, as well as reworking the layouts of many of our restaurants to ensure that dense lines do not form when ordering or picking up food.

SANITIZING STATIONS

In an effort to make sanitization a priority for both guests and team members, we have hand sanitizing stations throughout our restaurants. Our new product, Fresh Sanitizer helps us ensure that we always have an adequate supply of hand sanitizer available.

EXTRA CLEANING

While clean hands are fantastic, we know that there are many other spaces in a restaurant that require thorough and frequent cleaning. Therefore, we have increased our cleaning standards and frequency. After every guest leaves, their table gets disinfected, and we regularly clean frequently-touched surfaces like doors.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

While temperature checks are by no means equivalent to testing, they do provide some insight and can help ensure that those with symptoms remain at home. We check the temperatures of everyone on our team at the start of their shift. Employees that exhibit a fever will be asked to spend the day at home and monitor their symptoms closely.

TOUCHLESS TRANSACTIONS

With the help of Fresh Technology, all of our brands offer online ordering. Currently, this is utilized mostly for pick-up and curbside, but we are rapidly evolving this product to allow for in-store ordering as well. This means that when you come in and dine at one of our restaurants, you will soon be able to view the menu, order your meal, and pay directly on your phone. Both our current and future efforts in this area will help to reduce unnecessary contact and help keep everyone safe.

 
 

 Fresh Sanitizer

 
 

Manufactured by Pennington Distilling Co. in Nashville, Tennessee, Fresh Hand Sanitizer was first produced to provide local police and hospitals with much-needed product. Fresh Hospitality teamed up with our friends at Pennington to help produce as much of this product as possible. Not only are we using Fresh Sanitizer in our restaurants, it is also being used by countless facilities across the mid-state. This product helps to ensure that our critical workforce has access to products to help them keep themselves, and us healthy and safe.
